I'm here to tell you - I figured it out and can teach you what I did in my salon without you working longer or harder behind the chair. 

I was originally supposed to be a silent investor in a hair salon my friend wanted to buy, but arguments over money tore us apart and she left me to run the salon alone after one year. 

Knowing nothing about the hair business, I considered closing it, but all of my money was wrapped up in the business. Determined not to lose my money, I read what seemed like every book on the planet about service-based businesses and tried different things until I found the winning formula. 

The salon started attracting clients without me doing anything, existing clients were promoting the salon with zero compensation, my disorganization became easily repeatable systems, and each of my stylists were making 6-figures. 

People ask me all the time - so why did you sell it? The answer is simple: it was too risky for me as a non-stylist to own a hair salon. Once my stylists would have realized they could do everything I was doing on their own and make more money, I knew they wouldn't need me, and would freelance, do hair from their home, booth rent, or open a suite or salon. 

That's when I knew I needed to teach hair stylists how to do this on their own. Word started to spread and I branched out to coaching barbers and the same techniques worked for them too.

So today, I teach the Advance HAIRpreneurship Course to both hair stylists and barbers 1-1 and in group settings where I take them through my 5S Layout Method.
